As a member of ASRA, your personal data will be held on a secure server at a data centre in Manchester, UK processed by Campuslife.
Your right to correct, access and request erasure of your information

You also have the right to object to processing of your personal information, or to ask us to restrict processing your information as well as requesting portability of your data.
You also have the right to ask us for information that we hold and process about you to be erased (the ‘right to be forgotten’) in certain circumstances. We will provide you with further information about the right to be forgotten if you ask for it.
Keeping your personal information secure
We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
