About this event

We are delighted to invite colleagues to the next Midlands and East Regional Meeting, hosted by the University of Worcester on Thursday 28th May 2026.

This in-person event brings together accommodation professionals from across the sector for a day of networking, knowledge sharing, and discussion focused on enhancing the student residential experience.

We’ve put together an engaging and practical agenda featuring sector-leading speakers, interactive discussion, and campus tours.

We are pleased to welcome:

• Professor David Green (Vice Chancellor, University of Worcester) who will be speaking on developing inclusive accommodation.
• Martin Williams (Residential Experience Manager, University of Worcester) and Jack Didlock (Residential & Commercial Systems Analyst, University of Worcester), presenting on accommodation systems, processes, and the resident experience.

Round table discussion

A popular feature of our regional meetings, the round table session will provide an opportunity to discuss key sector topics identified by attendees.

If you would like to contribute a discussion topic, please email these in advance of the event.

Campus tours

Attendees will also have the opportunity to join guided tours of:

• Severn Campus (including Dukes Building, The Arena, and Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Building)
• St John’s Campus accommodation facilities

The cost to attend is £30 + VAT.
