We’re delighted to invite you to the ASRA Northern Regional Meeting taking place in Durham on Wednesday 13th May.
This in-person event brings together colleagues from across the sector to share insights, discuss current challenges, and explore best practice. Please see below for full agenda details and information on how to attend.
Agenda
10:00am – Arrival and refreshments
10:15am – Welcome, housekeeping, ASRA conference review and feedback
10:30am – Partnerships at a collegiate university
A look at how Durham University and Unite Students have partnered to provide a Durham College experience with the College of St Hild and St Bede.
11:30am – Accommodation tour
12:00pm – Lunch (provided by our hosts)
1:00pm – Understanding city capacity and building a student lettings code of practice at Durham
Explore how Durham University has developed a voluntary Code of Practice for letting agents and landlords, and the impact this has had in putting students’ needs first.
2:00pm – Refreshments break
2:30pm – Round table discussion
An open discussion on current trends, challenges, and key topics across the sector. Attendees are encouraged to bring one or two topics for discussion with colleagues.
3:30pm – Close of meeting

The cost for attendance is £30 (excl. VAT) per person.

Please confirm your attendance by Wednesday 29th April at the latest to allow time to finalise catering arrangements.
Although this is the Northern Regional Meeting, ASRA members from all regions are warmly welcome to attend.
