Informal conversation with Anthea from Bangor University following their recent UUK Audit. Discussion points:

• How was the audit?
• How did you manage the organisation of the evidence?
• Did you have administrative support to complete this?
• Were any areas harder to evidence compared with previous years?
• What were the onsite checks like?

14:30 – Unite Foundation: Care Leavers

• Overview and discussion

15:30 – Round Table Discussions

Topics include:

• Welfare check access procedures and thresholds for access
• Communication with students
• Year-round accommodation and maintenance balance
• Student notifications
• Damp and mould
• Managing noise complaints
• Lifestyle choice accommodation
• Cleaning inside flats
